Managing issued certificates:Β Learners on the EdisonOS platform can earn certificates upon successful completion of a course or training program. To ensure that users receive their certificates in a timely manner, the system by default sends an email notification when a certificate is issued.
The new configurable option enables the admin to choose whether to notify users about issued certificates via email. This means that the admin can turn the notification off, depending on their preference or the specific needs of their organization.
If the notification configuration is selected, users will not receive an email with a digital copy of their certificate as soon as it is issued. Instead, the admin will need to log into their account to access and download their certificate.
On the other hand, if the notification configuration is unselected, users will receive an email notification when their certificate is issued along with information on how to download and share the certificate.
Tenant admin users view: EdisonOS has a new display that makes it effortless to find all users who have any kind of admin access. This view allows admins to quickly view and manage all users with admin access in one place. This feature provides a clear overview of the user's role making it easier for admins to ensure that the right users have the right access.
The view enhances security by ensuring that admin access is closely monitored and controlled. With this feature, tenant administrators can easily revoke admin access for users who no longer require it, minimizing the risk of unauthorized access or data breaches.
Detailed classroom summary report for data frame blocks: EdisonOS now provides a detailed report of data pertaining to data frame blocks. This report includes an overview of the learner's performance as well as detailed column-level accuracy for each learner.
